The &quot;E&quot; stands for <strong>simple, experimental and efficient<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The goal is to plan buildings in a more needs-based and economical way. Instead of automatically implementing all currently standard comfort and equipment features, the following questions are asked: <strong>What is actually necessary for a good, durable and safe building?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This allows, for example, simplified designs, reduced technical systems, or the elimination of unnecessary comfort features. Safety and essential public-law requirements are, of course, maintained.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Building type E is not a defined building standard.<\/strong><\/span>. Rather, it opens up new possibilities for building owners and planners to work together. <strong>simple, robust and economical solutions<\/strong> to develop, or in other words: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u201e&quot;Building type E is not a mandatory building standard.
