YOUR TASKS:

  • Implementation of design sketches into exact construction and execution plans
  • Conversion of existing plans into precise construction and execution plans
  • Drawing floor plans, sections, elevations and details
  • Managing, editing, and plotting drawings and documents
  • Handling correspondence / filing
  • Supporting the team in the form of team assistance with daily tasks and projects
  • Accepting and forwarding telephone calls
  • Processing and managing incoming mail (email, post, scanning)
  • Maintaining customer data and databases (MS Outlook, Excel)
  • Project work (creating minutes in Excel, award book, price comparison, bid review, construction contracts, invoice review/approval)
  • BIM (Building Information Modeling) for networked working methods in the planning, production and management of buildings and other structures using software

The reform of the profession of architectural drafter will lead to a new training regulation which will come into force on 01.08.2026.

Working hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week) in the dual system (office/vocational school)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Create plans:
    You will learn to create floor plans, sections and views using professional CAD software (Allplan CAD, Nemetschek).
  • Technical understanding:
    You will translate our architects' designs into scaled execution and detail plans.
  • Calculations:
    You will support us in determining areas, masses and quantities for cost planning.
  • Data management:
    You will maintain project data and learn how digital building information modeling (BIM) works in practice.
  • Site visits:
    You will occasionally accompany our site managers to on-site meetings to compare the construction progress with your plans.

    You will support us in competitions and in the early performance phases through model making (physical and digital) as well as graphic preparation.
