The residential building contains one one-room rental apartment, five two-room rental apartments, and four three-room rental apartments with 10 open parking spaces. Thus, the following were created: 10 apartments (Social housing), two apartments were constructed as barrier-free accessible and usable apartments. The planned building component designs achieved enhanced sound insulation values according to DIN 4109. Connection to an air-to-water heat pump and a gas condensing boiler for peak load coverage. The requirements of the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2014) were met. The building meets the KfW Efficiency House 70 standard.
