Following our invitation to participate in this Investor competition Together with our investor, we developed the concept for the new residential building and were able to win the competition.
The residential building is divided into a northern and a southern building section, which is connected on the ground floor by a "link" and in the basement by an underground parking garage.
In total, 20 apartments. Ten high-quality condominiums were built in one building. The two- to four-room apartments range in size from 56 to 105 square meters. Four apartments were designed to be accessible and usable without barriers. The apartments face west, offering a high quality of living.
Increased sound insulation values according to DIN 4109:2016.
Connection to the district heating network The city of Sindelfingen. The requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2016) are met.
