The residential building is being constructed on the edge of a new development. The building responds to the unobstructed views to the southwest and west with generous openings in the facade. This also allows for solar heat gain. The largely closed facade to the north reduces heat loss. Heating and hot water are provided by a geothermal heat pump. A separate stairwell and the barrier-free design of the ground floor allow for the future division of the floors into separate residential units. Mid-range standard.
