The building complex includes an office, production and logistics building – a „start-up factory“.
Our office was brought in and commissioned for local construction management (phase 8 HOAI). The preceding phases of service (phases 1-7) were carried out by a partner architectural firm in a very well-established collaboration.
In addition to the floor renovation (epoxy resin screed system, carpet, linoleum, tiles), all surfaces were renovated and refurbished. Besides the installation of a new ventilation system, the premises were also brought up to the latest fire safety standards.
