Dismantling of existing spatial structure up to complete gutting with subsequent expansion of the office space for use as a law firm on the top floor of the Scala building directly on Schlossplatz.
Several architecturally appealing meeting/conference/meeting rooms in various sizes, 2-axis offices, 3-axis offices and 4-axis offices, several different yet cohesive waiting areas and a new reception area, as well as social areas, were designed by us together with our client, taking into account fire protection aspects, and subsequently implemented under our direction by expert craftsmen.
