Renovation and refurbishment of the Ehninger Weg kindergarten in Böblingen-Dagersheim (BW)

Based on the previous energy analysis of the daycare center by our office, it was renovated to improve energy efficiency as part of the federal government's economic stimulus package II.
Renovation of the roof surfaces, the entire exterior facade and the windows in accordance with EnEV.
Interior painting and acoustic treatment (Ligno Trend acoustic strip profiles made of silver fir). Implementation of fire protection and accident prevention measures in accordance with UKBW requirements.

For cost reasons, a roof covering made of aluminum profiles (Kalzip) was chosen; the glass facade in the group rooms consists of a white-painted wooden frame construction with aluminum cover profiles in anthracite (DB703). The wooden facade (spruce) is stained.
