Remodeling of apartment N, Reutlingen (Oferdingen)

The renovation of apartment N. in Reutlingen-Oferdingen aimed to reorganize the existing rooms and create a clear, tranquil living atmosphere. Targeted interventions in the floor plan resulted in an open spatial structure with seamless transitions between the individual areas. Natural materials and warm colors characterize the interior, lending the rooms a timeless and sophisticated feel. Vertical wooden structures (improving room acoustics) serve as a design element while simultaneously creating subtle zoning within the apartment.

The living area opens generously to the garden and terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing its bright and tranquil atmosphere. In the bathroom, a minimalist design using natural materials creates a clean and elegant look. Custom-made fixtures and carefully selected details ensure high functionality for everyday use.

The project combines precise planning with a restrained, contemporary design, thus creating a harmonious living environment.
