Redesign of the facade and interiors of a residential building, Sindelfingen (BW)

The task set by the client was to give the existing house and adjoining garage a modern appearance that blended into the surroundings, within a short planning and construction period and a given budget.

The formerly light-colored windows, still in good condition, were painted a special dark gray to contrast with the light facade. New, pre-hung wooden sliding shutters visually connect the windows, fulfilling the owners' desire for a contemporary look. Inside, light and welcoming colors and materials predominate; a spacious new wardrobe was installed according to the architects' designs.
