The project comprises a residential building with 18 two-room rental apartments, 18 three-room rental apartments, and 2 four-room rental apartments, along with 25 underground parking spaces and 1 open-air parking space. This resulted in 38 rental apartments, 6 of these apartments were built as "barrier-free accessible and barrier-free usable" apartments.
The planned component designs achieved increased sound insulation values according to DIN 4109:2016.
Connection to the district heating network of the city of Böblingen.
The requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2016) have been met.
The project is part of the "Diezenhalde" district, which represents a nationwide milestone in the field of existing urban areas. The project was developed in collaboration with our client. DGNB certified in Gold.
